The Delhi Bulls team led by star all-rounder Dwayne Bravo defeated the Northern Warriors by five wickets in the Abu Dhabi T10 League here on Friday to advance to the finals. The Northern Warriors team could not win despite UAE fast bowler Junaid Siddiqui taking four wickets.
After deciding to bowl, Delhi Bulls captain Dwayne Bravo, Waqas Maqsood and Naeem Young defeated the strong batting of the Northern Warriors, allowing their team to score 97 runs for seven wickets. The Delhi Bulls again achieved this target with eight balls and scored 102 runs after losing five wickets.

Bravo (2 for 14) dismissed Warriors captain Nicholas Pooran and aggressive batsman Lendl Simmons. Maqsood conceded 24 runs and Naeem Young took 2-2 wickets for 22 runs.
Sherfan Rutherford scored 29 off 10 balls for Delhi Bulls to chase the target, while Tom Abel remained unbeaten on 23 from 11 balls, which led to the Bulls winning the first qualifier. Siddiqui took four wickets for 20 runs but Abel and Ravi Bopara (15 not out) kept the team going.
