According to the report published in Autocar, the company can launch it in the market in October. However, no official announcement has been made by the company about it yet. The XUV700 has been given a completely new style and look by the company, but in spite of that it will remind you a little bit of the XUV500. It has unique LED daytime running lights with new C-shape headlights. Apart from this, redesigned bumpers and tailgates with new alloy wheels make its look even better.
The new Mahindra XUV700 will be offered by the company with both petrol and diesel engine options. Its diesel version will use a 2.2-liter four-cylinder mHawk engine, which will generate around 185hp of power. On the other hand, in the petrol version, the company will use a 2.0-liter engine of 190hp capacity. It will have a 6-speed manual and automatic gearbox.
As far as features are concerned, a dual screen layout infotainment system can be given in it, which supports Android Auto and Apple Car Play connectivity. Other features include automatic climate control, electronic parking brake, hill hold, different driving modes and panoramic sunroof.

The company will offer this SUV with two different seating layouts. Its 6-seater model will have a captain seat in the second row (second row) and bench seats in the second row of the 7-seater model. In size, this SUV will be larger than the XUV500, giving you better space inside the cabin. It is also reported that the company will also use Level-2 Autonomous Driving Assist System (ADAS), which will be seen for the first time in the segment.
