Volkswagen recently launched its new SUV Taigun in India. The starting price of this SUV is Rs 10.49 lakh (ex-showroom). At the same time, its top model is priced at Rs 17.49 lakh (ex-showroom). This latest SUV of the company may be out of budget for many customers. For such customers, the company has come up with a special scheme. Under this scheme of the company, customers can enjoy Taigun SUV at an initial monthly subscription charge of Rs 28 thousand. You can subscribe for up to 48 months
Customers can subscribe to this SUV for 24, 36 and 48 months. During the subscription period, the company is also providing customers with facilities like periodic maintenance, 100% on-road financing and insurance cover. After the end of the lease period, customers will have the option to upgrade or return the SUV. The number plate of the SUV taken under the subscription scheme will also remain white like the vehicles owned by private owners.
The scheme is available at 30 outlets of the company.
This special scheme of the company has gone live from October 1. Volkswagen is offering this scheme across 30 VW outlets in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai. This location is part of Phase 1 of the company’s subscription policy. In the coming days, the company is considering to offer this scheme in more cities as well.

Taigun is equipped with powerful power and excellent transmission
VW is offering the Taigun in the Vibration Dynamic and Performance line. Under the dynamic line, there are three variants – Comfortline, Highline and Topline. Whereas, the performance line includes GT and GT Plus variants. The Dynamic line is powered by a 1.0-litre 3-cylinder TSI turbo petrol engine. This engine comes with 178Nm of peak torque and 114bhp power.

In the Dynamic line, you get the option of a 6-speed manual gearbox and a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission. The GT line, on the other hand, is powered by a 1.5-litre TSI turbo petrol engine that produces 148bhp and 250Nm of torque. In this you will get the option of 6-speed manual and 7-speed DSG automatic gearbox.
