
2021 Maruti Suzuki Swift: Maruti Suzuki, the country’s largest carmaker, is soon going to launch a new facelift model of its famous hatchback car Maruti Swift in the domestic market. In recent times, this new car was spotted during testing, but now the company has also listed it on its official website. Many changes have been made to the new Maruti Swift which makes it much better than the current model.
After the listing on the website, there are speculations that the company will officially launch this car for sale by next month. This is the new facelift model of Maruti Swift, in which the company has changed the interior and engine of the car from the exterior. Explain that, the current model was launched by the company in the year 2018, since then this car did not get any update.
Actor: As is evident from the photos, the company has given a single piece grille with chrome strip in the front of the new Maruti Swift. Apart from this, the car has a black roof and a redesigned alloy wheel. Apart from this, no changes have been made in the design and frame, it will remain the same as the current model.
Interior: The company has not made any major major changes within the car. It is expected that the company will use the existing black theme in the upcoming model as well. Apart from this, features such as SmartPlay Studio, Colored Multi Information Display, Auto Gear Shift Technology, Flat Bottom Steering Wheel, Reverse Parking Camera, Automatic Headlamp and Cruise Control have been given in the car. Cruise control can be given by the company in the top variant.
Engine: The biggest change in the new Maruti Swift is being seen in its engine. The company has used the new powerful K12N petrol engine of 1.2 liter capacity in it. This engine generates power of 90bhp and torque of 113Nm. The same engine has also been used in the company’s famous compact sedan car Maruti Dzire. This petrol engine comes with Idol Start / Stop technology, which helps in improving the mileage of the car.
What will be the price: Although it is difficult to say anything about the price of the new Maruti Swift before the launch, but due to new features and updates, the price of this car can be around Rs 20,000 to Rs 40,000 more than the current model. The current model is priced between Rs 5.49 lakh and Rs 8.02 lakh in the Indian market.
