
US major vehicle manufacturer Harley Davidson has once again started a new innings in the Indian market. In its second inning, the company has launched a new avatar of the famous bike Pan America 1250 ADV. Adorned with an attractive look and strong engine capacity, the starting price of this bike has been fixed at Rs 16.90 lakh.
In the Indian market, this bike is available in two variants, the price given above is of the base variant. At the same time, the price of the top variant has been fixed at Rs 19.99 lakh. In both these variants, the company has used the same engine but it has different equipment which makes them different from each other. However, there are some features that have been given as standard, including full LED lighting, Bluetooth enabled 6.8-inch color TFT display and USB type outlets.
In the top variants of Pan America, the company has also given some additional features, such as electronically adjustable semi-active suspension, center stand, hit grip, tire pressure monitoring system, steering damper, are features that make this bike a premium. This bike also has an Adoptive Ride Height System, which is a feature given in the industry that is being found in a bike for the first time. On the other hand, tire pressure monitoring system is seen only in premium cars of the country.
The standard model offers 5 riding modes including Road, Sport, Rain, Off-Road and Off-Road Plus. Of these, drivers can choose riding modes according to the driving condition. At the same time, two other riding modes are also given in the top variant. As far as the engine is concerned, in both variants, the company has used 1,252cc capacity engine which generates power of 150bhp and torque of 127Nm. This engine comes with a 6-speed transmission gearbox. Its engine generates 150bhp of power, so much power is usually given by the SUVs present in the Indian market.
