1. First put the pan on the gas. When the pan becomes hot, add oil to it and then add onion and chilli and fry it.
2. After frying for a while, put the tomatoes in it and also add some salt so that the tomatoes get cooked quickly. When the tomatoes are cooked well, add chili powder, turmeric powder and fry for a while. Do not add salt again because salt has already been added to cook the tomatoes faster, apart from this, the Maggi masala itself also contains salt.
3. Now break the eggs and keep frying them on medium flame. Mix both after frying. Now put 1/2 liter of water in it and leave it to boil.
