
Japanese automaker Honda is soon preparing to introduce a new facelift model of its cheapest car Honda Amaze in the Indian market. According to media reports, the company will launch this new car in the market on August 18 and its booking has also started.
Customers can book this upcoming new car through the company’s official website as well as through authorized dealerships. You will have to deposit Rs 21,000 as booking amount for booking from dealership and Rs 5,000 for booking online.
At present, the company sells its second generation model, which competes with models like Maruti Dzire, Hyundai Aura and Ford Aspire in the market. Now in its newly updated facelift model, the company will use some new features and technology, which will enable this car to perform even better in its segment.

What will be the changes:
Honda is expected to equip the Amaze with new LED headlamps, redesigned bumpers and possibly a new alloy wheel. Apart from this, the chrome accent can also be increased in the car. It is expected to get new seat upholstery which will give a fresh appeal to the cabin. Some new features can also be added to this compact sedan. Honda may standardize several features across all variants of the new Amaze, which will make it worth even more money.
The company will use its existing engine in the new model as well. The current model is available in the market with both petrol and diesel engines. In its petrol version, the company has used a 1.2 liter capacity engine that generates 88bhp power and 110Nm torque.
Whereas the diesel version has a 1.5 liter diesel engine that generates 98bhp power and 200Nm torque. This car comes with both manual and automatic transmission gearbox. Its petrol variant gives a mileage of 18 km and diesel variant up to 24 kmpl.
