In this way diesel car will become electric
Converting a diesel car to an electric vehicle is no less than a surgery. Most older diesel cars were not designed to run on batteries. Therefore, companies making electric kits will need a lot of research and development. First the diesel engine will be removed from the car, and this space will be used to fit an electric motor, high-voltage wiring circuit and control unit.
The second job will be battery fitting. Most likely, the battery will be replaced with the diesel fuel tank. That is, either under the back seat or under the bonnet. Where the battery will be fitted also depends on the capacity of the battery and the amount of space left in the vehicle. Usually the size of the battery pack with longer range is also bigger. Also, the fuel tank is removed and a charging point is installed on its cap.
