
Hyundai’s Ioniq 5 electric SUV offers a range of more than 480 kms on a single charge. This range has recently been certified by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) of America. The EPA has claimed that the Ioniq 5 will provide a driving range of about 303 miles (487 km) on a single charge. While the all-wheel drive version of this flagship SUV will get an estimated range of 256 miles (411 km).
Will launch soon in India
Let us know that the Hyundai Ionic 5 SUV has already been introduced in the global market. Its sale in the international market can start by the end of December. Hyundai has also announced that the company will launch 6 electric cars in India in the next seven years. This could also include the Ioniq 5. The Korean carmaker recently unveiled the Ioniq 5 EV at its headquarters in Gurugram and at the Auto Expo last year.

Here are the features of the SUV
The Hyundai Ioniq 5 is powered by a 77.4 kWh battery pack that is mated to a single motor and dual-motor setup. The dual motor setup will be available in the all-wheel drive version of the car, which generates 320 horsepower and 604 Nm of peak torque. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in just 9 seconds and has a top speed of 185kmph. The single-motor layout provides 225 horsepower and 359 Nm of torque.

The 350 kW charger can charge the Ioniq 5 from 10 percent to 80 percent in just 18 minutes. Whereas with the standard 10.9 kW on-board charger, it can be fully charged in 6 hours 43 minutes. In terms of dimensions, the Hyundai Ioniq 5 measures 4,635mm in length, 1,889mm in width and 1,600mm in height with a wheelbase of 2,999 inches. The wheelbase of the Ioniq 5 is over 100 inches longer than that of the Hyundai Palisade SUV.
