
Mumbai. Actress Mandira Bedi posted a video on Instagram on Wednesday, in which she is doing a headstand. The actress wrote that such exercise helps ease her anxiety and said that she has been able to achieve it after regular exercise.
Posting the video, Mandira wrote in the caption, “All inverted poses help keep my anxiety away. Do the headstand (headstand). I practice 10 Wall Assisted Handstands every day. Do the deeds, don’t worry about the fruit.” Stay home, stay safe. ” (IANS)
