
Maruti Suzuki India (MSI) on Tuesday said the launch of its light commercial vehicle Super Carry has crossed the milestone of selling 1 lakh units in five years. Super Carry 4 Cylinder engine comes with both Petrol and CNG options, catering to the requirements of the commercial customers.
Maruti Suzuki India entered the commercial segment in 2016 with the launch of the Super Carry in India. Keeping in mind the requirements of the Indian mini truck customers, the model has been specially developed for the domestic market.

Shashank Srivastava, Senior Executive Director (Marketing & Sales), MSI said in a statement, “In a very short span of time, Super Carry has a huge market and has gained wide acceptance amongst the customers. Through Super Carry, we offer our customers a wide range of products and services. We are able to meet the needs of a wide variety of goods so that they can be more efficient and profitable.”

He added that the S-CNG variant of Super Carry with excellent mileage of 21.55 km/kg has helped businesses increase their profitability. Super Carry is sold through over 335 dedicated commercial outlets of Maruti Suzuki spread across over 237 cities in India.
