At the same time 7 lakh 84 thousand 821 people are suffering from premature death due to this disease. Mouth, lung and stomach cancers are increasing rapidly in men, while breast and uterine cancers are most common in women. Dr. Aseem says that due to lack of awareness, cancer patients still reach the doctor in the heightened stage of the disease, due to which, during the treatment, there is always a fear in the mind of the patient that he will be able to recover completely. or not. Anxiety and fear have a negative effect on the treatment of the patient.

Cancer prevention is possible
Prevention of cancer is possible if tobacco (BD, cigarettes, gutkha) and the wrong lifestyle (eg, not exercising, consuming more oil, eating spices) are possible. Women can protect themselves from this disease by getting cervical cancer vaccinated (at intervals of 6 months). After the age of 40, women should undergo mammography for breast cancer screening and pap smear for oral cancer of the uterus.
