
In the year 2021, between April and November, a total of 18,29,693 units of passenger vehicles have been sold. Most of the utility vehicles (UV) have been bought in this. According to the Autocar India report, 8,70,894 utility vehicles were sold in these eight months, which is 47 per cent of the total passenger vehicle sales. This SUV won again
Once again the Hyundai Creta has left behind all the other SUVs. This is the highest sell in the last 8 months. According to the report, it has sold 80,476 units between April-November. It sold the most in July, when its 13 thousand units have been bought. Hyundai Creta price in India starts from Rs 10.16 Lakh and goes up to Rs 17.87 Lakh. It gets 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol (115PS/144Nm), 1.5-litre diesel (115PS/250Nm), and 1.4-litre turbo-petrol (140PS/242Nm) engines.

two maruti cars
Maruti Ertiga and Maruti Brezza have been at the second and third positions. A total of 73,926 units have been sold in the last 8 months of the 7 seater MPV Maruti Ertiga. This MPV has registered a growth of 45% as compared to last year. Maruti Suzuki Brezza, ranked third, has sold a total of 72,949 units between April and November 2021. Maruti Brezza has registered an annual growth of 49 per cent.

Seltos and Venue also sold well
Kia Seltos SUV is at number four, which has sold a total of 65,444 units in 8 months. Customers have bought the most of the petrol variants of the SUV. Seltos registered a growth of 19.3 per cent over April-November 2020. Hyundai Venue SUV was at number five, with a total of 63,922 units sold. Venue registered a growth of 36 per cent over April-November 2020.
