Ola Electric launched its first electric scooter Ola S1 on the occasion of Independence Day yesterday. This scooter has been introduced in a total of two variants. Adorned with an attractive look and a powerful electric motor, the booking of this scooter has already been started. Which can be booked for just Rs 499. With the launch of this scooter in the market, different prices have been kept in different states.
Except Gujarat, Delhi, Maharashtra and Rajasthan, the price of the S1 variant of this scooter has been fixed at Rs 99,999 and the S1 Pro variant at Rs 129,999 in the rest of the states of the country. But there is also a state where you will have to spend the least money for this scooter. The price of scooters being told here also includes the subsidy given by the state governments.
The company has also partnered with a few banks, which provide the facility to finance Ola scooters. The company claims that on financing this scooter, you will have to pay only Rs 2,999 as monthly installment (EMI) every month. The price of this scooter is lowest in Gujarat. In the Ola electric scooter, the company has given a battery pack of 3.9 kWh capacity and its electric motor generates 8.5 kW of peak power. The company claims that its battery will be fully charged in about 6 hours with a portable charger of 750W capacity. Apart from this, this battery can be charged up to 50% in just 18 minutes with the company’s supercharger.
Ola claims that this electric scooter gives a driving range of up to 181 kms once fully charged. This scooter is capable of catching a speed of 0 to 60 kilometers per hour in just 3 seconds. Its top speed is 115 kilometers per hour. It has three different driving modes, which include Normal, Sport and Hyper. Adorned with an attractive look and strong electric motor, the company has introduced this scooter in a total of 10 colors.
