
Ola Electric has started the deliveries of its S1 scooter. The company said that it organized special events in Bengaluru and Chennai to deliver the S1 and S1 Pro models to the first 100 customers. He said, “We are working hard to ramp up production at Ola Future factory to deliver the scooter according to our customers’ preferences.” The company is producing the Ola S1 scooter at its Tamil Nadu factory. This scooter comes in two models. The showroom price of S1 is Rs 99,999 and the price of S1 Pro is Rs 1,29,999.
Commenting on the first set of scooter deliveries, Bhavish Aggarwal, CEO, Ola Electric, took to Twitter and said, “Happy to welcome S1 customers to the Ola campus today! Agarwal took the company on January 16 to design advanced manufacturing equipment, from buying land for the factory to making it a million-square-foot factory, hiring over 2,000 women and training them to lead the assembly line. 11 months of experience shared.
