The country’s leading performance bike maker Royal Enfield is gearing up to update its vehicle portfolio. Recently, the discussion of the company’s new street bike on the internet had gained momentum, which is being named Hunter 350 in media reports. Now this street bike has been spotted once again during testing, in which its look and design have been completely revealed.
Although no official confirmation has been made about the name of this street bike yet, but in media reports it is being named Hunter 350. The company has given a muscular look to this bike. Round shape headlamps, tear drop shape fuel tank, attractive rear fenders and tail lamps give it a modern-classic look.
Going by the spy pictures, it seems that the company has used the same alloy wheels which are seen in the Meteor 350. Fatter tires have been used in this with 17-inch wheels. As far as the engine is concerned, it will be powered by a single cylinder air-cooled engine with a capacity of 349cc which generates 20.2hp power and 27Nm torque. It is too early to say anything about whether the company will make any changes in the tuning of this engine.
The company is also preparing this bike on the ‘J’ platform, on which the Meteor has been built. Split Cradle The upper half of the chassis may be similar to the Meteor, but the lower half feels new. The footpegs are relatively centered compared to the cruiser-style forward-set footpegs of the Meteor. The flat handlebar and footpeg position make it sporty.
In terms of features, round shape instrument panel, tripper navigation screen, switchgear etc. have been given in this bike. It is expected that the company can keep the price of this bike less than the Classic 350. Although no information has been shared about the launch dates of this bike yet, but it is expected that it can be launched in the market after the next generation model of Classic 350.
