Royal Enfield, the leading performance bike manufacturer that has ruled the country for a long time in the 350cc segment, is getting a direct competition for the first time. Last year, the Japanese company Honda launched its new bike H’Ness CB 350 in the market. This bike is getting great responses from customers, the fact is that this bike has given a tough competition to the recently launched cruiser bike Meteor 350 in terms of sales.
In November last year, Royal Enfield launched its Meteor 350. There is not much difference in the price of both the bikes. According to the information, in the month of January, Honda sold a total of 3,543 units of H’Ness CB 350. At the same time, Royal Enfield sold 5,073 units of Meteor 350 during this period. Both the bikes are getting tough competition in terms of sales.

Although Honda has forayed into the 350cc segment for the first time in the Indian market, the company has been successful in gaining a foothold among its customers. Recently, the company has also launched a Scrambler model of this bike. Looking at the growth of sales, H’Ness has seen a full 126% increase in sales as compared to December of last year. In December, the company sold just 1,564 units of this bike.
On the other hand, sales of Royal Enfield’s Meteor 350 have fallen by almost 40 percent. In December last year, the company sold a total of 8,569 units of this bike. Let us know, the H’Ness CB350 is available in two variants in the Indian market, its DLX variant is priced at Rs 1.86 lakh and the DLX Pro variant is priced at Rs 1.92 lakh. At the same time, the Meteor 350 is available in three variants, which cost between Rs 1.75 lakh and Rs 1.90 lakh.
