
Mumbai . Actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra on Monday took to social media to suggest meditation, which offers benefits such as calming the mind, reducing stress and improving eyesight. The ancient meditation practice is called Tratak. Shilpa wrote in an Instagram post, “We may not always have the power to change what is happening around us, but we can certainly control what is happening within. It is only through yoga. Give yourself the ability to calm the mind, reduce unwanted thoughts, focus your wandering focus, and improve your focus through Trataka meditation.
The actress, known for her penchant for yoga, also mentioned the benefits of meditation, which include increasing concentration levels, fighting sleep difficulties, sharpening eyesight and reducing stress.
On the work front, Shilpa is all set to return to Hindi films after 14 years with the upcoming comedy Hungama 2. Directed by Priyadarshan, the film also stars Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Meezaan Jaffrey and Pranitha Subhash in pivotal roles. (IANS)
