Take a break carefully

You can also use visualization and imagery to reset your nervous system with a relaxing guided meditation. A popular one is the garden scene. Even if you are only seeing them in your mind, its effect on your body is very powerful.

Lastly, enlist the help of others-

You don’t have to fight all your battles alone. Especially when it comes to work, you must definitely seek help when you need it. Whether from coworkers, human resources, or supervisors. It can be difficult, but it can also be rewarding.
