Maruti Suzuki is preparing to launch a new avatar of its famous hatchback car Swift in the domestic market. In the new Swift, the company will make many changes to bring it into the market. Along with the new look and design, it will also include some special features, which will make it better than the current model.
According to a report published in Express Drives, the company will use the new infotainment system in the Vxi variant of the new Maruti Swift. About a year ago, the company launched the car using the SmartPlay Studio infotainment system. At the same time, a single DIN audio player was given in the VXI variant. In its new model, Maruti is not only using the new front grille but it will also get a refresh cabin with new alloy wheels.

In the new Maruti Swift, the company will use a 1.2-liter 4-cylinder K12N dualjet engine. This engine generates power of 90bhp and torque of 113Nm. The same engine has also been used in the company’s famous compact sedan car Maruti Dzire. This petrol engine comes with Idol Start / Stop technology, which helps in improving the mileage of the car.
It is expected that the new Maruti Swift will give better mileage than the current model. Its new engine also has piston cooling jet, more compression radio and cooled EGR system. The engine used in the current model of this car generates 82bhp of power and 113Nm of torque. With this, it is clear that the new Swift will be more powerful.

Will get more mileage: While the new car will be more powerful on the one hand, it will also give better mileage. Its current model gives a mileage of 21.2 kilometers per liter. It is expected that the new car will give mileage ranging from about 23.26 km to 24.12 km per liter. However, now that the car is waiting for launch, its price may be higher than the current model.
When will it be launched and what will be the price: According to media reports, the company can launch this car in the market within the next few weeks. As far as the price is concerned, it is difficult to say anything about it right now, but experts believe that after the new updates and features, its price will be about 15 to 20 thousand rupees more than the current model. Currently, the price of this car is between Rs 5.49 lakh to Rs 8.02 lakh.
