South Korean automaker Hyundai has unveiled the next generation model of its famous mid-size SUV Creta. Equipped with a very attractive look and a strong engine, this SUV has been introduced in the Russian market. This SUV will replace the first generation model in the market, which was being sold till now. The company has made many changes in this SUV, which make it better than the previous model.
There are many changes in this SUV in terms of the current model in the Indian market. According to the information, the company will start production of this second generation model from July 1, and it can be launched for sale in the market by the end of the year. In this Russian model, the company has made some special changes in the exterior as well as its interior.
As can be clearly seen in the pictures, it has been given a new front grille and a new boot lid. Apart from this, new skid plates have also been included in it which makes its look even more sporty. The profile of the SUV remains the same but it definitely gets a new design tail light. Overall, this new SUV looks more attractive than the Indian version.
How is the interior:
However, the cabin of the next generation Creta is very similar to the Indian model. It has been decorated with a dual-tone black and brown color scheme. The features list includes a 7-inch digital instrument console, 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, BlueLink connectivity (which can be connected to Apple Car Play and Android Auto), climate control, panoramic sunroof, heated seats, and multi-drive mode and 10.25. inch infotainment screen.
As far as engine capacity is concerned, the company has used 1.6-litre and 2.0-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engines in this SUV. Its first engine is capable of generating 119 Bhp while the second 148 Bhp power. Both these engines come mated to a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic gearbox. The SUV is also available with the option of an all wheel drive system. The next generation model of the Hyundai Creta will be assembled at Hyundai Motor’s manufacturing facility in the local St. Petersburg.
