Garlic, Basil leaves and Ginger
Garlic is very helpful in fighting cold and cough. Garlic is a type of blood purifier. Garlic contains a chemical called allicin which is anti bacterial, anti viral and anti fungal. Eat five cloves of garlic roasted in ghee. Doing this a couple of times gives relief in cold. Garlic quickly removes the infection of cold and flu.

On the other hand, ginger has antibacterial properties, which are helpful in fighting cold during the summer season. If you mix lemon and honey with ginger and consume it, then your cold and cold will be cured very quickly. Although there are many benefits of ginger, but ginger tea provides great relief in cold and cold. In the case of cold or flu, finely chop fresh ginger and add a cup of hot water or milk to it. Drink it after boiling for some time. This recipe will help you to get relief from cold and flu fast.

Milk and Turmeric

Cinnamon

Black pepper
A mixture of black pepper and turmeric can do wonders in treating cold in summer. Actually, peppermint and turmeric in black pepper have antiseptic properties, which prevent phlegm from accumulating. A mixture of black pepper, turmeric, milk and honey provides natural relief from cold. To use, first crush the whole black pepper. Mix it in a glass of milk and also add a pinch of turmeric. Now keep the milk warm, so that the black pepper leaves its taste in the milk. Add a spoonful of honey to warm milk and drink it. Drinking it regularly before sleeping at night will give relief in cold and cold.

Onion
Onion is an effective remedy to get relief from cold and flu. It not only helps in flushing out the toxins from the body but also destroys the bacteria present in the respiratory tract. For use, cut a few slices of onion in a bowl and mix it with honey. Cover the bowl and keep it overnight. Drink the liquid coming out of it in the morning on an empty stomach. If the cold does not get better quickly, you can do this recipe for seven consecutive days.

Turmeric
The curcumin present in turmeric acts as an antiseptic. Apart from this, the anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties present in sufficient quantity in turmeric can relieve the problem of cold in summer. For use, add turmeric powder to some water and boil it. Strain this water and add few drops of lemon juice and honey. Drinking this mixture of turmeric twice a day will be very beneficial in cold and cold.
