
Tata Motors on Thursday said its bus brand Starbus has achieved a milestone of 1 lakh units of sales. The company said in a statement that our electric bus is also available in the market and is running successfully in many cities of the country. Rohit Srivastava, Vice President (Product Line-Bus), Tata Motors said, “Tata Starbus has proven to be the most versatile bus in the industry that offers a luxury travel experience in staff transportation and safe and reliable travel in the form of a school bus. Said it has become one of the strongest brands in the commercial vehicle industry and an integral part of India’s transport sector.”
Tata Motors Sales Report November 2021
The sales report of Tata Motors was recently released for November 2021. India’s leading carmaker had informed in the information sent to the stock exchange that in November 2021, it had sold a total of 62,192 vehicles (domestic market + exports). Whereas, in November 2020, the company sold a total of 49,650 vehicles (domestic market + exports). That is, compared to November 2020, the company has sold 25 percent more vehicles in the month of November this year.
Electric car sales up 324 percent year-on-year
In November-2020, Tata had a total of 413 electric cars left. Whereas in the last month i.e. November-2021, a total of 1751 electric cars of Tata were sold. Earlier in October-2021, 1586 electric cars of Tata were sold. In the month of September, Tata’s 1586 electric cars were sold. In the month of September, Tata’s 1087 electric cars were sold.
