Last month, the sales of most of the sedans have seen a sharp decline as compared to last year. However, Maruti Suzuki DZire still remains the best selling sedan in the country.

Maruti Suzuki Dzire has sold a total of 8,077 units in October 2021, due to which it is at the first position in the list. However, there has been a decline of 54.30 percent in the sales of Dzire as compared to October 2020. The second number was Honda City, which has sold 3,611 units. Similarly, Honda Amaze, Hyundai Aura, Hyundai Verna were at third, fourth and fifth positions. They have sold 3009 units, 2701 units and 2438 units respectively.

Maruti Dzire Price and Specifications
The Maruti Suzuki DZire is a sub-4 meter sedan, which comes in a total of four variants – LXi, VXi, ZXi, and ZXi+. Its price ranges from Rs 6.08 lakh to Rs 9.12 lakh (ex-showroom). 1.2L Dualjet petrol engine has been given in DZire. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed manual and AMT gearbox. The company claims that it will get a mileage of 23.26kmpl in manual and 24.12kmpl in AMT variant.

Talking about the features, Maruti Suzuki Dzire gets cruise control, automatic LED headlamps, auto-folding ORVM, push-button engine start/stop and rear AC vents with auto AC. It gets a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity. Apart from this, a 4.2-inch multi-color MID display has been given. It also gets dual front airbags, ISOFIX child seat anchors and rear parking sensors.
