The sales of compact and small SUV vehicles are increasing continuously in the Indian market. People are giving more preference to this segment than hatchback and sedan cars. The effect of this interest of customers is being seen especially on Nissan’s cheapest SUV Magnite. The company has announced that, ever since the SUV was launched, bookings of over 60,000 units have been registered.
Nissan India introduced the Magnite SUV in December last year. At the time of launch, the price of this SUV was less than Rs 5 lakh, but now it is priced between Rs 5.59 lakh and Rs 10.00 lakh. Nissan India is continuously engaged in providing better services to its customers. The company offers services like Nissan Cost Calculator, Nissan ‘Book a Service’ and Nissan ‘Pick-up and Drop-off’ service.
The company claims that the XV and XV (Premium) of the top variants of the new Nissan Magnite have been chosen by the maximum 60 percent of the people. Apart from this, around 30 percent people have opted for the CVT automatic variant. The most interesting thing is that online booking of this SUV is also happening a lot. It is worth noting here that booking and sales are two different things, sometimes people even cancel the booking. So it is a normal process for booking and sales figures to change.
