Mahindra’s recently launched SUV Mahindra XUV700 is getting a lot of love from the customers. This car has got more than 70 thousand bookings in the festive season. The company has also started the delivery of its flagship SUV. Mahindra said that they have already delivered 700 units of the AQV 700 before Diwali. You can gauge the curiosity of this car among the customers from the fact that in two days only 50 thousand units of the SUV were booked.

Let us tell you that the booking of the car was started in October itself. On 7 October, 25 thousand units were booked within an hour of the booking. After this, the next day also the same number of units were booked in two hours. Mahindra launched the XUV700 at a starting price of Rs 11.99 lakh (ex-showroom). However, after the booking of the first batch, the price was increased and now the starting price of XUV700 is ₹ 12.49 lakh (ex-showroom).

engine and power
Mahindra XUV700 SUV comes in two engine options – 2.0L petrol and 2.2L diesel. Its petrol engine generates power of 200hp and torque of 380Nm. This engine comes with a 6 speed automatic gearbox. At the same time, the diesel engine generates 185PS of power and 450Nm of torque. This engine comes mated to a 6 speed manual transmission gearbox. An optional all-wheel drivetrain is also available on only the AX7 AT variant of the SUV.

Strong features
Talking about the features, it gets features like 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, 10.25-inch digital driver display, a panoramic sunroof, dual-zone climate control and a 360-degree camera. For safety, it gets Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), which includes Emergency Autonomous Braking, Lane-Keeping Assist and Adaptive Cruise Control. Other safety features include seven airbags and an electronic parking brake.
