
Toyota is now about to bring another car in partnership with Maruti Suzuki. Toyota will launch the rebadged version of Maruti Ciaz in the Indian market. Toyota’s car will replace the company’s recently discontinued Yaris sedan. The latest media report claimed that the Toyota version of the Maruti Suzuki Ciaz could be launched in August this year. What will be the name
The new sedan model may be the Toyota Belta (Toyota Belta). The name has already been trademarked in India. The new mid-size sedan will compete with vehicles like Hyundai Verna and Honda City. The report also claimed that one of the reasons for the closure of the Toyota Yaris is the company’s mid-size SUV.

This will be the design and engine
Talking about the design, the Toyota Belta will remain the same as the Ciaz in this case. However, a few changes can be made to give a fresh look. The chrome badging of ‘Toyota’ will be given in the middle of the grille of the car. Brand new alloy wheels can also be found in it. The interior layout and features will be exactly like the Maruti Ciaz. The interior may get a new color.

The Toyota Belta will have the same 1.5-liter 4-cylinder naturally-aspirated petrol engine as the Maruti Suzuki Ciaz. This engine generates a maximum power of 104bhp and torque of 138Nm. The transmission option will include a 5-speed manual and a 4-speed torque converter automatic. Let us know that the price of Maruti Ciaz sedan is Rs 8.52 lakh to Rs 11.50 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
