Cab aggregator company Uber has announced a big gift for those who want to install COVID-19 vaccine and give free ride. In this initiative of the company, Uber will be supported by the volunteer organization Robin Hood Army. People living in 53 cities of the country will be able to take advantage of this facility of Uber. Under this facility you will not be charged any money for going for vaccination. This initiative of Uber will benefit the elderly and weaker sections. Uber India President Prabhjit Singh said that we are thrilled to join forces with our valued partner, Robin Hood Army, to support vaccination of vulnerable communities in this challenging time. He said that this would help him recover from the epidemic, rebuild his life and aid the country’s economic recovery, and in the coming weeks and months, Uber will remain committed to supporting vaccination campaigns for vulnerable communities.

This is how you will get the benefit of free ride
Robin Hood will also collaborate with Uber in a free ride initiative of up to Rs 50 for vaccination. In which old age, poor and elderly people can take advantage of this ride by registering themselves on the Kovid app. Along with this, Uber had announced a free ride of Rs 10 crore for the second phase of vaccination for the state government and NGO, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MOHFW). In which free ride of Rs 50 lakhs for elderly people is also a part.
